Biography
 
Signed on an injury-cover deal early in the 2009/10 season, Ivan Franjic made the step up to the Hyundai A-League without skipping a beat and quickly earned himself a full-time contract with Brisbane Roar.Defensively sound with a great engine that allows him to get forward and contribute in attack, the Victorian Premier League product has flourished in his right-back role with his exciting runs down the wing and impressive passing ability also earning him a place in the Professional Footballers’ Association Team of the Year for the 2010/11 season. Franjic made his Qantas Socceroos in December 2012 as part of Holger Osieck's squad for the EAFF East Asian Cup qualifying tournament.
