Biography
 
Utility player James Meyer may have needed to wait 25 games to make Hyundai A-League debut but the 24-year-old needed no second chance. It took Meyer just four minutes to find the back of the net, then going on to score three more goals in as many appearances before succumbing to a toe ligament injury that ended his season prematurely. Signed from Brisbane Premier League side Eastern Suburbs on a one year deal, Meyer’s prolific form and hardworking attitude on the training paddock earned him another two year contract at the club which will see him through to the end of the Hyundai A-League 2012/13 season.
