Biography

Attacking young gun Mitch Nichols can be direct and efficient or creative and flamboyant on the football pitch, setting up goals as often as he puts them away. Another player who has blossomed under the tutelage of Head Coach Ange Postecoglou, Nichols made the transition from impact player to first team regular with ease. His link-up play on Brisbane’s right flank was the catalyst for plenty of goals on the team’s way to the Hyundai A-League 2010/11 premiership and championship double and at 21-years-old, Nichols has already tallied up more than 70 appearances in the orange jersey.
