| Holding a pro-diploma in football coaching, Tony Walmsley is the Central Coast Mariners National Youth League mentor.
Prior to joining the Mariners, Walmsley was employed as Director of Football at the Gladesville-Hornsby Football Association (GHFA). During his time with GHFA, Walmsley was responsible for introducing one of the country’s most envied junior and senior representative structures.
Prior to linking with the GHFA, Walmsley was the Academy Director for the official Manchester United Youth Development program throughout Oceania, as well as Co-ordinator of the NSW Olympic Athletes program.
Following a successful first year with the Yellow and Navy, Walmsley was appointed Head Coach of the NYL side for their second season, taking the team to the premiership, while adding Assistant Coach to the first team to his roles.
