Melbourne Heart FC School Holiday Clinics

Melbourne Heart FC is offering four engaging and educational football clinics during the January School Holiday period for children of various ages and abilities.

Clinics will kick off on January 9 with a Goalkeeper Clinic to be held at the La Trobe University Playing Fields, which will involve exclusive tuition from Melbourne Heart's goalkeeping coach Peter Zois and other Club keepers, for both males and females aged between 10 and 16.

'Mate’s Mates' will return on Wednesday 16 January at La Trobe University, which will be hosted by talented Heart winger Mate Dugandzic.

The successful 'Girls with Heart Clinic' will be held on the 23 January, before Heart hosts a 5-A-Side Gala Day on 24 January.

Heart is renowned for its quality clinics and encouraging children of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.

"Our clinics are always really popular and the children enjoy the physical opportunity in a fun environment wile brushing shoulders with Melbourne Heart’s professional players and coaching staff,” Heart’s General Manager of Community Sue Crow said.

Mate’s Mates

She's all Heart - Enter Now!

Do you have a woman who is the Heart and Soul of your club?

She may work quietly in the background as a coach, on the committee, in the canteen or raising much needed funds.

She is maybe a Mum. She may have helped out for years. She may do the jobs that nobody else wants to do.

Melbourne Heart wants to acknowledge the work of this special woman in your club through the “She’s All Heart” program.

Each week during the 2012/13 season, a winner will be presented at a Melbourne Heart home game. The winner will be invited to bring her family to the game and she will receive a Melbourne Heart gift pack.

Every entrant receives a certificate of recognition and goes in the draw to win the major prize of an “Inner Sanctum” tour with an MHFC player and an invitation for two people to attend the Chairman’s function on Mon 11th March at 7.30pm at the MHFC vs Adelaide Utd at AAMI Park.
