Biography
 
One of the youngest members of the Melbourne Heart FC squad, Brendan Hamill heads into the 2011/12 Hyundai A-League season after featuring during the 2011 FIFA U/20 World Cup in Colombia. A graduate of the Australian Institute of Sport, Hamill’s strength and positioning are among his greatest assets, making him a player to watch as he emerges as potential genuine future Socceroo. Hamill arrived at Heart in 2010 after opting to ignore the overtures of several English Premiership outfits, instead deciding to refine his craft in the Hyundai A-League.
