An Australian Institute of Sport graduate, Eli Babalj is widely regarded as a player with the potential to lead the Socceroos attacking line in years to come. With superb technique and a keen eye for goal, the Perth-native is the archetype of the modern striker and has earned selection at youth international level. Scoring two goals during Melbourne Heart FC’s inaugural campaign, Babalj will be looking to build on that total this season as he seeks to press for a regular berth in the match day squad.
