What is a pre-sale?

A pre-sale provides you with the ability, with the use of your MFN, to purchase tickets prior to the general public.

What is my MFN?

Your MFN (My Football Number) is a numerical code which can be used to access exclusive Football Family pre-sale offers including but not limited to, Socceroos home matches, Hyundai A-League Finals and Grand Final and exhibition matches such as the Foxtel A-League All Stars v Juventus.

Where can I find my MFN?

To retrieve your MFN simply click here and enter your email address. Your MFN will then be sent to the email address which is linked to your Football Family profile.

My MFN isn’t working, who do I contact?

Send your enquiry to reception@footballaustralia.com.au and a member of the FFA marketing team will be in contact within 24 hours.

Can I purchase more than one ticket using my MFN?

Yes. Please note that the number of tickets which can be bought per MFN varies for each event. When entering your MFN the transaction limit will be stated.

Can I enter multiple MFN’s in one transaction?

Yes. Follow the instructions provided by the associated ticketing agency.

How can I view and edit my profile information?

When receiving emails from Football Federation Australia a ‘My Account’ tab is located in the top right hand corner of all email communications. Simply click on the link and you will be re directed to a page containing your profile information.

Alternatively, click here and enter your email address in the highlighted box. Once completed, you will receive an email to your nominated address from which you can access your Football Family profile.

Do I need a password to login to ‘My Account’?

No you don’t, there is no longer a password required to login. Simply follow the instructions above and you will be re directed to a page which will have your information pre populated.

How can I update my email preferences?

Your email preferences can also be accessed through the ‘My Account’ function. You can opt in or out of communications at any time.
