Record start to Jets Membership

The Hunter Ports Newcastle Jets 2012/13 Membership Campaign is off to a record start, with 3,503 Members joining within one week of launching this year’s Membership Campaign.

The Club reached 3,503 overnight and is delighted with the response of the Hunter community to reach its target of 11,000 Members.

"This is a fantastic start to our 2012/13 Membership campaign and a big thank you to everyone that has signed up already," CEO Robbie Middleby said.

"It is great to be able to celebrate our milestones along the way, as we chase our target of 11,000 Members."

The 2012/13 Membership packages offer exceptional value and remain at the same affordable price as last season, with a Community Reserved Membership starting at as little as $115 for an Adult, $60 for a Child and $260 for Families.

Greetings, You are doing a great job!! I would however, like to suggest that the members pack change a little each season. I can only use so many scarves!! Very sad to see Topor go as he saved our butts many times over the past few seasons!! Cheers, Ken

My friend and I renewed our membership yesterday and what a drama it was. What started out as a simple task at 9.20am finally completed at around 1pm, but not to our satisfaction. We sit in Bay7 in row CC seats 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 and seat 8 had remained vacant for the last three years. So my friend wanted to take my son out of his family package and include his father in law and I would then pay for my son and myself and he was going to pay for the family by the payment plan. Due to the fact that no one at the Jets was able to be flexible and do as we wanted in hte name of customer service I paid for everyone, including his father in law and we do not yet know if he will be sitting with us. This is most unsatifactory from the point of view as the Jets membership slogan is "Every Member Matters". My friend is about to come into ahuge amount of money and businesses that he will be one of the richest men in Australia and he could not get simple customer service. If there were no vacant seats near us then we would have applied to move when the time came and that would have been fine, but knowing that there was a spare seat right next to ours, unoccupied then the shear stubborness of the personal was not founded. Customer service in any business is paramount and this has left a very bad taste in our mouths and we may not return next year because of this. He was going to buy corporate boxes, but now I don't think so...
