Biography
 
Kantarovski signed a four-year contact with the Newcastle Jets in January 2008 whilst attending Lambton High School. At just age 15, this made him the youngest player in A-League history to sign a full time A-League contract. He has since signed a 3-year contract extension keeping him at the Jets until the end of 2013. The midfielder made his Jets debut in Round 1 of the 2008/09 season and finished the year being named the Jets Player of the Season. The Australian U20’s captain has fought a long rehabilitation battle after knee surgery midway through last season. His maturity and composure will be integral for the team in the year ahead and his versatility is an added bonus. It is an important season for this 19-year old.
