Sydney FC Chairman - Scott BarlowMr. Scott Barlow is the Managing Director and founder of STRADA. Scott has extensive experience in the finance sector having held positions in mergers and acquisitions, corporate valuations and corporate strategy at a number of leading Australian and international companies, including AMP, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Telstra. Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Tasmania and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. In 2009, Scott was appointed Vice Chairman of the Sydney Football Club.
Director – Mark ArbibMr Mark Arbib joined the Board of Sydney FC in 2012. Mark has a Master of Arts in political science and economic history from the University of New South Wales and was a Federal Politician, serving as a Member of the Australian Senate from 2008 through to 2012. During that time he held the positions of Federal Minister for Sport, Minister for Indigenous Employment and Economic Development and Minister for Social Housing and Homelessness.
Director – Michael CrismaleMr Michael Crismale rejoined the Board of Sydney FC in 2012 after he was a Foundation Shareholder, Board Member and Chief Financial Officer when the Club was launched in 2005. Michael is a Chartered Accountant with a strong background in corporate and small business advice.
He is Currently the Executive Chairman, President and CEO of Matrium Technologies (a leading supplier of network test solutions), Executive Chairman of Matrium Financial Services (a financial planning and advice company) and Executive Chairman of Matrium Advisory (a business planning service for small to medium sized businesses). Michael also offers a broad knowledge of sports administration as he is the Chairman of the Australian Turf Club as well as a Director of Surf Life Saving Australia.
Director - Jamie SamahaMr. Jamie Samaha is Managing Director, Pinpoint Pty Ltd. He joined Pinpoint in 1998, a leading marketing services company through-out the Asia-Pacific region. Jamie holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of NSW. He is also an accredited member of the Australian Direct Marketing Association. In 2011, Jamie was appointed Director of Sydney Football Club.
