Latest FFA Cup 2021 match dates confirmed

The FFA Cup 2021 Round of 16 fixtures for the East and South Zones, and the final Round of 32 fixture, have been confirmed.

East and South Zone Round of 16 action will commence on a massive Wednesday, 1 December when Wollongong Wolves host the Central Coast Mariners, and Hume City welcome reigning Isuzu UTE A-League Men Champions Melbourne City.

The Wolves and Mariners clash will take place at WIN Stadium in Wollongong, NSW, with Hume hosting City at ABD Stadium in Broadmeadows, Victoria. Both games will kick-off at 7.30pm AEDT.

The following week on Tuesday, 7 December the winner of next Wednesday’s Tigers FC and APIA Leichhardt FC Round of 32 match will host Western Sydney Wanderers in another mouth-watering NPL v A-League clash.

Also on 7 December, Western United FC will face Wellington Phoenix in their Round of 32 fixture. GMHBA Stadium is the venue for that clash, with kick-off for scheduled for 7.30pm AEDT. Western United recently qualified for the FFA Cup Round of 32 for the first time, defeating fellow Isuzu UTE A-League Men club Newcastle Jets FC in a play-off fixture.

The following night on Wednesday, 8 December the winner of Sydney Olympic and Sydney FC will take on Macarthur FC. Olympic and Sydney FC’s Round of 32 fixture is currently scheduled for Wednesday, 24 November at Belmore Sports Ground.

The following week, Avondale FC will host the winner of the Western United and Wellington Phoenix match, with ABD Stadium locked in as the venue for Tuesday, 14 December at 7.30pm AEDT.

In the coming weeks, Football Australia will also be able to confirm the date and venue for Gold Coast Knights’ Round of 16 tie, where they will face the winner of Adelaide City vs Perth Glory or Melbourne Victory.

All matches will be live streamed free on 10 Play. Media accreditation information for matches scheduled to be held in December 2021 will be released on Thursday, 25 November 2021.
