Bresciano, Garriock, And Noble Ratified For Further Terms On Football Australia's Board

Football Australia is delighted to formally announce the reappointment of three of its Board members for additional two-year terms, pursuant to today’s General Meeting.

Under article 15.16 of the FA Constitution, the Board of Football Australia may appoint up to three Appointed Directors, subject to the ratification of the members of Football Australia.

At today’s General Meeting, the members of Football Australia ratified the reappointments of Mark Bresciano, Heather Garriock and Catriona Noble for further terms expiring in September and October 2025.

Mark Bresciano is a former Subway Socceroo and a successful businessperson whilst Heather Garriock is a former CommBank Matilda, a media analyst and currently CEO of Taekwondo Australia. Both Bresciano and Garriock offer football and business acumen to Football Australia.  Catriona Noble, besides her former illustrious stints at ANZ Bank and McDonald's Australia, currently commands the role of Executive General Manager, Retail, Brand, and Marketing at Australia Post. Her corporate acumen has been invaluable to Football Australia.

Football Australia's Chairman, Mr. Nikou, expressed, "The continued commitment of Mark, Heather, and Catriona stands as a testament to our vision for the future of Australian football. The membership of Football Australia comprises 28 members, including nine x Member Federations, eight x Professional League Clubs, 10 x Women’s Football Council members, and the Players’ Member (the PFA).
