FFA Members vote to amend deadline date for nomination of Directors
The Members of Football Federation Australia (FFA) met yesterday at a meeting called by Football Federation Victoria.
The purpose of the meeting was to consider and vote on a special resolution to amend the FFA Constitution to extend the deadline for board nominations for this year.
The resolution was supported by the FFA Directors.
The Members passed the special resolution and as a result the deadline for receipt of nominations for directors to election to the FFA Board at the 2018 AGM is 25 October 2018.
