Football Australia has issued a show cause notice under the Football Australia National Code of Conduct and Ethics to the Adelaide United A-League Head Coach, Carl Veart.
The citation relates to comments made in the official post-match media conference following the A-League 2020/21 Match Week 23 fixture between Adelaide United and Sydney FC on Saturday, 29 May 2021.
Veart has an opportunity to provide a submission to Football Australia by 5pm (AEST) on Monday, 7 June 2021. The sanctions applicable for a breach of the Football Australia National Code of Conduct and Ethics include a reprimand, a fine and/or suspension from participation in a match or matches.
