Mango Macadamia Bliss Balls

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 80g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 10 medjool dates
  • 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup macadamia nuts
  • extra desiccated coconut (for rolling)


  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Deseed the medjool dates, melt the coconut oil and finely chop the macadamia nuts.
  2. Combine all ingredients (except macadamia nuts) into a food processor and blend until the mixture forms.
  3. Add mixture to a bowl and stir through chopped macadamia nuts.
  4. Roll mixture into balls (about a tsp in size) and coat with coconut.
  5. Store in a container in the freezer.
  6. Enjoy at them at home or take them on the road!
