Allan Crisp

Allan Crisp is a long-serving football journalist with the Adelaide Advertiser.

Respected for his knowledge of the game, Crisp retired from full-time work in 2002 after more than 25 years writing about the code and touring with national and visiting teams.

Following his retirement Crisp maintained a radio program on football and remains a contributor on the sport to specialist publications.

He was awarded the degree of Meritorious Honour by the South Australian Federation.
