John Fraser refereed in the National Soccer League (NSL) in the 1990's, as well as a number of international matches.
The Victorian refereed Socceroos matches against Sweden and Croatia in 1992, and AC Milan's tour of Melbourne in 1993.
He also refereed the NSL Grand Final in 1992/93 between Marconi Stallions and Adelaide City.
