Bob McShane

Born in Glasgow Scotland in 1915, Bob McShane arrived in Western Australia in 1925.

He played with Margaret River before the family moved to Perth, where he spent 60 years working in football.

McShane retired in 1952 and turned his attention to refereeing.

He held executive positions and earned life membership.

McShane was the WA trainer from 1955-83, WA Youth Team manager, Life Member of the WA Federation and was inducted into the WA Hall of Recognition in 1996.
